“Mantra is the key to Yoga in the deeper sense and to awakening a higher intelligence within us… (It is) a kind of asana for the mind… Each mantra puts the mind into a certain pose in which it can become a conduit for a higher flow of energy and grace.” (Dr. David Frawley)

REVEALED PRACTICE - GIFT OF THE SAGES: The Sri Sukta is a collection of 16 mantras that invoke Sri – the Source of all that is beautiful, auspicious and good, the most beautiful resplendent One. This revealed practice makes our mind a conduit for a ceaseless flow of thriving on all levels. Gifted to us by the sages to call upon in our darkest hour, it opens us to grace, filling us with compassion, gratitude, nurturance and abundance - precisely the qualities needed RIGHT NOW to heal our own minds and hearts, as well as the world around us. Just look around you. You know this is true.
POWER OF GROUP PRACTICE: Over the past 5,000 years, the Sri Sukta has been introduced as a group practice for lay people only a handful of times, always during times of utter destruction and despair. The secret to accessing its power has been recently unlocked and made available to us as a group practice. This means when we practice the Sri Sukta, we are joining with thousands of people around the world who are also practicing it with the unified intention of healing collective consciousness. Group practice of this type is exponentially more powerful than individual practice. The benefits of practice begin like a seed within us, then grow to affect our circle of friends and loved ones. Ultimately, it ripples out into the community. As it has in times past, Sri Sukta is being offered once again to heal the collective consciousness - moving it away from anger and fear, towards love and compassion.
