Vishoka Meditation® is a comprehensive system of techniques that lead us into a pristine state of joy by separating us from our own suffering. Based on uniting the mind with the breath, Vishoka Meditation draws upon the healing power of breath to awaken pranic forces and transform the mind, freeing us from the bondage of mind that leads to suffering.
Derived from Buddha, Patanjali, and other Siddha masters, this ancient practice has been refined and passed down over thousands of years. It has been distilled for the contemporary meditator by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait – a modern day master of the Himalayan Tradition.
Presented as a systematic series of techniques, Vishoka Meditation offers an entry point for both the novice as well as the advanced practitioner. Each technique naturally moves us forward at the perfect pace, ultimately leading us from wherever we start to our final goal – to tap into our Inner Essence and achieve a state of sorrow-less joy.
